In 2019, our founder launched Taylor Melrose from a home office, driven by a need for skincare that celebrates melanin-rich skin, no alcohol ingredients that makes skin dry out or high aqua levels cheapening the quality of products and fills a crucial gap in the market. It began with persistence through countless “No’s,” a pandemic, and even more challenges. Undeterred, our founder took a grassroots approach, setting up a pop-up at a local Hollywood farmer’s market to connect with customers and find a community that resonated with the product he believed in so passionately. Taylor Melrose is proof that resilience and vision can turn obstacles into opportunities.

Return Policy

  • Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

6. Size and Scent Recommendations:

  • We encourage customers to order a small size initially to ensure satisfaction with the size, scent, and formula.
